This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered by DouxPaws.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Processing times may be longer during holidays, high-volume periods, supplier delays, or product availability issues.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time depends on the product, destination, and shipping carrier.
Typical estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days after processing.
Some products may arrive sooner or later depending on product availability, shipping route, carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs, or other factors outside our control.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated.
3. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Tracking updates may take several days to appear after the package has shipped.
4. Multiple Shipments
If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately depending on availability and fulfillment location.
You may receive more than one tracking number.
5. Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
DouxPaws is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost packages, or extra fees caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or failure to collect the package, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees.
6. Shipping Delays
Shipping delays can happen due to:

We will do our best to assist, but we cannot control carrier timelines once an order has shipped.
7. Lost Packages
If your tracking has not updated for an unusual amount of time, contact us at info@douxpaws.com and we will help review the issue.
If the carrier confirms delivery, DouxPaws is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.
8. Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it:
✓ Check your mailbox, front door, building lobby, mailroom, or reception area
✓ Ask household members or neighbors
✓ Contact the shipping carrier directly
✓ Contact us at info@douxpaws.com if you still need help reviewing the order
We are not responsible for stolen packages once tracking confirms delivery.
9. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, import taxes, or local charges required by their country or region.
These fees are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless clearly stated at checkout.
10. Order Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, contact us immediately at info@douxpaws.com.
We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed, fulfilled, or shipped.
11. Refused or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned to sender, any return shipping fees, carrier fees, customs fees, or handling costs may be deducted from any eligible refund.
